EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan definition

EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan means the Scripps Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan.
EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan means the Scripps Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan. “EWS Welfare Plans” shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • During the Transition Period, all benefits payable to SNI Participants under the EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan shall be paid by EWS.

  • SNI Participants who have accrued, or were eligible to accrue, benefits under the EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan immediately prior to the Distribution Date shall continue to accrue, or be eligible to accrue, benefits under the EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan for the Transition Period.

  • Effective as of the day immediately following the Transition Period End Date for the EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, SNI hereby agrees to cause the SNI Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan to assume, and fully perform, pay and discharge all Liabilities, when such Liabilities become due, of the EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan with respect to all SNI Participants therein.

  • Supplemental Retirement Plan means (i) the Company’s Amended and Restated Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, (ii) the Company’s Supplemental Management Retirement Plan, (iii) the Company’s Amended and Restated Top Hat Restoration Plan, and (iv) the Company’s Defined Contribution Restoration Plan.

  • Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit means an annual amount (before taking into account federal and state income taxes), payable in monthly installments throughout the Payout Period. The annual Contributions and Phantom Contributions have been actuarially determined, using the assumptions set forth in Exhibit A, in order to fund for the projected Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit. The Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit for which Contributions (or Phantom Contributions) are being made (or recorded) is set forth in Exhibit A.

  • SERP has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(c) hereof.

  • Health benefits plan means a benefits plan which pays or

  • Medical Benefits Schedule means the Medicare Schedule of Benefits produced by the Department of Health to which all fees and benefits relate for inpatient hospital services.

  • Eligible Retirement Plan means an individual retirement account described in Section 408(a) of the Code, an individual retirement annuity described in Section 408(b) of the Code, an annuity plan described in Section 403(a) of the Code, or a qualified trust described in Section 401(a) of the Code, that accepts the Distributee's Eligible Rollover Distribution. However, in the case of an Eligible Rollover Distribution to the surviving Spouse, an Eligible Retirement Plan is an individual retirement account or individual retirement annuity.

  • Parent Benefit Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan maintained by, sponsored by or contributed to by, or obligated to be contributed to by any Parent Group Entity.

  • Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).

  • Profit Sharing Plan means a profit-sharing plan that is qualified pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 401 of the Internal Revenue Code and subject to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and which provides for employer contributions in the form of cash, but not in the form of stock or other equity interests in a Medical Marijuana Business.

  • Non-U.S. Benefit Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a).

  • Designated Retirement Account means any retirement plan or account described or qualified under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a subaccount thereof.

  • Approved Retirement means any voluntary termination of employment that occurs on or after the date on which the sum of your age and years of employment with Deluxe and/or its Affiliates equals at least seventy-five (75) and that is approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Seller 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(e).

  • Basic Plan means as to any Member or Vested Former Member the defined benefit pension plan of the Company or an Affiliated Employer intended to meet the requirements of Code Section 401(a) pursuant to which retirement benefits are payable to such Member or Vested Former Member or to the Surviving Spouse or designated beneficiary of a deceased Member or Vested Former Member.

  • Special Retirement means an Optionee’s termination of employment or service with the Employers and Affiliates on or after the later of (i) the Optionee’s attainment of age 62 and (ii) the Optionee’s Early Retirement Date or Normal Retirement Date, as such terms are defined in the Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. Pension Plan.

  • Deferred Retirement Date means, in the case of any Participant who continues in employment after his Normal Retirement Date, the first day of any month following his actual retirement.
