Eurodollar Rate Loan Clause Samples
Eurodollar Rate Loan. During such periods as such Loan is a Eurodollar Rate Loan, a rate per annum equal at all times during each Interest Period for such Loan to the sum of (x) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period for such Loan plus (y) the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time, payable in arrears on the last Business Day of such Interest Period and, if such Interest Period has a duration of more than three months, on each day that occurs during such Interest Period every three months from the first day of such Interest Period and on the date such Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be Converted or paid in full.
Eurodollar Rate Loan. Except as otherwise provided herein, a Eurodollar Rate Loan shall automatically be continued only on the last day of an Interest Period for such Eurodollar Rate Loan. During the existence of a Default, at the option of the Required Lenders and upon notice to the Borrower, the Loans may not be continued as a Eurodollar Rate Loan, and the Required Lenders may require that any or all of the outstanding Eurodollar Rate Loan be converted immediately to a Base Rate Loan. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the interest rate applicable to any Interest Period for a Eurodollar Rate Loan upon determination of such interest rate.
Eurodollar Rate Loan. When the Loan is made pursuant to a Eurodollar advance, it shall bear interest at the Eurodollar Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Advance.
