Euro Lender definition

Euro Lender means the Persons executing this Agreement (or an assignment hereof in accordance with Article XV) in the capacity of a “Euro Lender”.

Euro Lender means each Lender holding a Euro Commitment.

Euro Lender means each Lender listed on Schedule 2.1(b) and any Person that becomes a Euro Lender pursuant to Section 6.13, in each case including such Person’s successors and permitted assigns.

Euro Lender means a Lender whose Commitments under the Euro Tranche are greater than zero; “Euro Tranche” has the meaning given to it in paragraph (a) of Clause 2.1 (Grant of the Facility);
