Current public officers may seek advice from their designated ethics supervisors concerning the scope and application of the Ethics Act.
Former public officers may, in writing, request advice from the Office of the Attorney General, Ethics Attorney concerning the application of the Ethics Act to their participation in this project.
Each current or former public officer is responsible for determining whether he or she may serve in the listed capacity on this project without violating the Ethics Act.
CERTIFICATION – FORMER PUBLIC OFFICERAny proposer listing as a member of the proposer’s team a current public officer or a former public officer who has left state service within the past two years must submit a sworn statement from that individual that the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act does not prohibit his or her participation in this project.
