Estimated Statement of Working Capital definition

Estimated Statement of Working Capital means the statement of working capital prepared by the Company and delivered to the Parent pursuant to Schedule 7.2(g).
Estimated Statement of Working Capital shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.1.
