Estimated Capex definition

Estimated Capex means the estimate (being a positive number) of what the Capex will be as at Closing, as calculated and set out in accordance with Part A of Exhibit 5;
Estimated Capex has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b);
Estimated Capex means Seller’s reasonable estimate of Capital Expenditures for the period beginning on July 1, 2007 and ending on the expected Closing Date.

Related to Estimated Capex

  • Estimated Cash has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Estimated revenue means the amount of revenue estimated to be received from all sources during the budget year in each fund for which a budget is being prepared.

  • Required Capital Amount means with respect to any Series, the amount required to be deposited in the Capital Subaccount on the Series Issuance Date of such Series, as specified in the related Series Supplement.

  • Estimated Working Capital Adjustment means the amount by which the Estimated Working Capital is greater or less than the Base Working Capital, any such excess amount being treated as a positive number and any shortfall being treated as a negative number;

  • Estimated Value means the value of the Contract estimated under these Contract and Procurement Regulations.

  • Estimated Project Cost means Benchmark cost of MNRE which is Rs 8.00 Crore/MWp as per MNRE letter no. 03/20/2014-15/GCRT/11.12.14 at the time of Bid Due date.

  • Consolidated Working Capital Adjustment means, for any period on a consolidated basis, the amount (which may be a negative number) by which Consolidated Working Capital as of the beginning of such period exceeds (or is less than) Consolidated Working Capital as of the end of such period.

  • Property EBITDA means for any property owned by Ventas, Inc. or any of its Subsidiaries as of the date of determination, for any period of time, the net income (loss) derived from such property for such period, before deductions for (without duplication):
