Equivalent Forced Derated Hours definition

Equivalent Forced Derated Hours or "EFDH" has the meaning set forth in Appendix E.
Equivalent Forced Derated Hours in the Summer Period
Equivalent Forced Derated Hours or "EFDH" is the product of Forced Derated Hours (FDH) and Size of Reduction divided by the Net Dependable Capacity (NDC). EFDH are computed for each Forced Derating and then summed for the applicable period.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Equivalent Amount of any currency with respect to any amount of Dollars at any date shall mean the equivalent in such currency of such amount of Dollars, calculated on the basis of the Exchange Rate for such other currency at 11:00 a.m., London time, on the date on or as of which such amount is to be determined.

  • Approximate Equivalent Amount of any currency with respect to any amount of Dollars shall mean the Equivalent Amount of such currency with respect to such amount of Dollars on or as of such date, rounded up to the nearest amount of such currency as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time.

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.

  • Sponsor Exercise Fair Market Value means the average last reported sale price of the Ordinary Shares for the ten (10) trading days ending on the third (3rd) trading day prior to the date on which notice of exercise of the Private Placement Warrant is sent to the Warrant Agent;

  • Regular Hours means the hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday, excluding the following holidays: Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

  • Vesting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c)(ii).

  • Equivalent Load means the sum of a Market Participant’s net system requirements to serve its customer load in the PJM Region, if any, plus its net bilateral transactions.

  • Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;

  • Call Equivalent Position shall have the meaning set forth in Rule 16a-1(b) under the Exchange Act.

  • Grant Amount or “Grant” means the total amount of financial assistance disbursed under this Agreement, which consists of the City's Amount and the Consultant’s Amount.

  • DBRS Equivalent Rating means, with respect to any Person not rated by DBRS, (i) if such Person is rated by all three of Xxxxx’x, Standard & Poor’s and Fitch Ratings, Ltd. (together, the “Equivalent Rating Agencies”), either (A) if at least two Equivalent Rating Agencies have provided equivalent ratings with respect to such Person, the DBRS equivalent of such equivalent ratings (regardless of any rating from another Equivalent Rating Agency) or (B) otherwise, the median of the DBRS equivalents of the ratings for such Person provided by each of the three Equivalent Rating Agencies, (ii) if such Person is rated by any two of the Equivalent Rating Agencies, the DBRS equivalent of the lower of the ratings for such Person provided by the relevant Equivalent Rating Agencies or (iii) if such Person is rated by only one of the Equivalent Rating Agencies, the DBRS equivalent of the rating for such Person provided by such Equivalent Rating Agency.

  • Equivalent position means employment in an equivalent position, in relation to the employee’s previous position, that is:  generally similar in role, duties and status; and  requires similar qualifications, training, skills and experience but may have a different title/or unit allocation; and • is in the same general locality; and • is on terms and conditions of employment that are no less favourable than those that applied to the employee immediately before the offer of employment.
