Equity Sponsors definition

Equity Sponsors means, collectively, the Primary Equity Sponsors and the Local Investors.

Equity Sponsors means each Person comprising the Xxxxxxx Sachs Investor Group, GTCR Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, LLC and Xxxxxx'x Xxxx/Ford, Ltd.
