Equity Interest Trustee definition

Equity Interest Trustee means any trustee who acquires legal title to all or any portion of (i) Equity Interests in GMAC (other than Rights Offering Equity), in respect of the GM Trust, or (ii) Rights Offering Equity, in respect of the Treasury Trust, in each case, as contemplated by, or in connection with, the GMAC Reorganization.

  • Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as supplemental interest trust trustee, and any successor thereto.

  • Supplemental Interest Trust The corpus of a trust created pursuant to Section 5.07 of this Agreement and designated as the “Supplemental Interest Trust,” consisting of the Swap Agreement, the Swap Account, the Interest Rate Cap Agreement, the Interest Rate Cap Account, the right to receive the Class X Distributable Amount as provided in Section 5.02(f)(vi), the Class LT4-I interest in REMIC 4 and the right to receive Class I Shortfalls.

  • Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • First trust means a trust over which an authorized fiduciary may exercise the decanting power.

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust into which any Non-Lead Securitization Note is deposited.

  • Lead Securitization means, if the First Securitization is the Note A-1 Securitization, such Securitization; provided that, if any other Securitization occurs prior to the Note A-1 Securitization, then the First Securitization shall be the Lead Securitization until such time as the Note A-1 Securitization occurs.

  • NIM Trustee The trustee for the NIM Securities.

  • Securitization Trust means a trust formed pursuant to a Securitization pursuant to which one or more of the Notes are held.

  • Escrow Trustee means the bank or trust company designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award as the initial escrow agent with respect to the Refunded Bonds under the Escrow Agreement and until a successor Escrow Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the provisions of the Escrow Agreement and, thereafter, "Escrow Trustee" shall mean the successor Escrow Trustee.

  • Co-Trustee has the meaning set forth in the Basic Servicing Agreement.

  • Subordination Agent Has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Co-Issuer has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble hereto.

  • Lead Securitization Date means the closing date of the Lead Securitization.

  • Related Trustee Means the trustee under the Related Pass Through Trust Agreement.

  • Class C Trustee Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Noncustodial parent means a person who, at the time of the commencement of court proceedings in the sending state, does not have sole legal custody of the child or has joint legal custody of a child, and who is not the subject of allegations or findings of child abuse or neglect.

  • Custodial parent means a parent awarded custody by a court decree. In the absence of a court decree, it is the parent with whom the child resides more than one half of the calendar year without regard to any temporary visitation.

  • Note A-1 Trustee means the trustee under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Eligible Lender Trustee shall also mean each successor Eligible Lender Trustee as of the qualification of such successor as Eligible Lender Trustee under the Trust Agreement.

  • PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.

  • Lead Securitization Noteholder means the holder of the Lead Securitization Note.

  • Grantor Trust means a Trust other than a RIC.

  • Note A-1 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Lead Securitization PSA means (a) during the period from and after the Note A-2 Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-2 PSA and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-1 PSA.
