Lead Securitization definition

Lead Securitization means, if the First Securitization is the Note A-1 Securitization, such Securitization; provided that, if any other Securitization occurs prior to the Note A-1 Securitization, then the First Securitization shall be the Lead Securitization until such time as the Note A-1 Securitization occurs.
Lead Securitization means the Securitization of Note A-1 in a Securitization Trust to be designated by the Initial Note A-1 Holder.
Lead Securitization means (a) during the period from and after the Securitization of any Non-Lead Securitization Note and prior to the Securitization of Note A-1, the Securitization of the first Note or portion thereof, and (b) on and after the Securitization of Note A-1, the Securitization of Note A-1.

Lead Securitization means the Note A-1 Securitization.
Lead Securitization means:
Lead Securitization means the first sale by the Lead Securitization Note Holder of all or a portion of the Lead Securitization Note to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of the Lead Securitization Note as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.
Lead Securitization means the Securitization of Note A-1 in a Securitization Trust to be designated by the Initial Note A-1 Holder; provided that, in the event that the Other Note Securitization occurs prior to the Note A-1 Securitization, the “Lead Securitization” shall mean, solely during the period commencing from the Other Note Securitization Date and ending on the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the Other Note Securitization.
Lead Securitization shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
Lead Securitization means the Note A-1 Securitization; provided that, if the Note A-2 Securitization occurs prior to the Note A-1 Securitization, then the Note A-2 Securitization shall be the Lead Securitization until such time as the Note A-1 Securitization occurs, at which time the Note A-1 Securitization shall be the Lead Securitization.
Lead Securitization means (a) if the First Securitization is also the Note A-1(A-CP) Securitization, such First Securitization and (b) if the First Securitization is not also the Note A-1(A-CP) Securitization, then (i) for the period from the closing date of the First Securitization until the Securitization of Note A-1(A-CP), the First Securitization and (ii) on and after the Securitization of Note A-1(A-CP), the Note A-1(A-CP) Securitization.
