  • EOAF agrees to make the funds [“EOAF Grant”] available to the Grantee for the Project, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and in compliance with all applicable state laws and regulations governing the disbursement and expenditure of state funds.

  • EOAF shall have the right to examine all records kept by the Grantee related to the Project.

Related to EOAF

  • TRS means a taxable REIT subsidiary (as defined in Section 856(l) of the Code) of the General Partner.

  • NP or ‘𝑁𝑃’ means a net position of a bidding zone, which is the net value of generation and consumption in a bidding zone;

  • Intercollegiate sport means a sport played at the collegiate level for which eligibility requirements for participation by a student athlete are established by a national association for the promotion or regulation of collegiate athletics.
