Environmental Remediation Liabilities definition

Environmental Remediation Liabilities means the current and long-term portion of the amount of all liabilities in respect of environmental remediation claims that are the responsibility of the Borrowers that are otherwise included in the Consolidated Total Liabilities."
Environmental Remediation Liabilities has the meaning set forth in Section 14.2(c) hereof.
