Entrust Datacard definition

Entrust Datacard means the Entrust Datacard entity that is a signatory to the Agreement.
Entrust Datacard means Entrust, Inc. if You are a resident of the United States; otherwise, Entrust Datacard means Entrust Datacard Limited. “Entrust Datacard Group” means collectively Entrust Holdings, Inc., its subsidiaries, its licensors, its Resellers, its suppliers, and the directors, officers, employees, agents and independent contractors of any of them. “Entrust Datacard Group Affiliates” means collectively, Entrust Datacard Corporation and its Affiliates, where “Affiliates” means a person or entity that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party hereto (with "control" meaning ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting stock of the entity or, in the case of a non-corporate entity, an equivalent interest).
Entrust Datacard means Entrust, Inc. if Customer is organized according to the laws of the United States. Otherwise, Entrust Datacard means Entrust Datacard Limited.

  • Entrust Datacard is committed to protecting the interest of stakeholders in the event of an emergency or business disruption.

  • Entrust Datacard may elect to charge Customer interest for late fees at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

  • Entrust Datacard may use one or more Affiliate(s) to perform its obligations under the Agreement, provided that such use will not affect Entrust Datacard’s obligations hereunder.

  • Customer grants Entrust Datacard a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license for the term of the applicable Order to make, use and copy any Customer Background IPR that it discloses to Entrust Datacard, but solely to the extent necessary for Entrust Datacard to provide the Professional Services to the Customer pursuant to the Order.

  • Entrust Datacard shall immediately inform Customer if, in Entrust Datacard's opinion, an instruction is in violation of Data Protection Laws.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information disclosed (whether disclosed in writing, orally or otherwise) by the Customer to the Company that is marked as “confidential”, described as “confidential” or should have been understood by the Company at the time of disclosure to be confidential;

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.
