Entrust Datacard definition

Entrust Datacard means the Entrust Datacard entity that is a signatory to the Agreement.

Entrust Datacard means Entrust, Inc. if You are a resident of the United States; otherwise, Entrust Datacard means Entrust Datacard Limited. “Entrust Datacard Group” means collectively Entrust Holdings, Inc., its subsidiaries, its licensors, its Resellers, its suppliers, and the directors, officers, employees, agents and independent contractors of any of them. “Entrust Datacard Group Affiliates” means collectively, Entrust Datacard Corporation and its Affiliates, where “Affiliates” means a person or entity that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party hereto (with "control" meaning ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting stock of the entity or, in the case of a non-corporate entity, an equivalent interest).

Examples of Entrust Datacard in a sentence

  • Entrust Datacard reserves the right to modify the ECS Support Services in its discretion during the Subscription Term.

  • If the Certificate Services include Management Services, Enterprise may only use the Management Services in compliance with this Agreement for the purpose of managing Certificate(s) issued by Entrust Datacard to You or Your Affiliates.

  • After completing such verification, Entrust Datacard may issue You or Your Affiliates (if applicable) one or more Certificate(s) (depending on the amount of Subscription Fees You have paid) as described in the CPS.

  • If Entrust Datacard makes computer software available to Enterprise for download as part of the Certificate Services, such software will be licensed to Enterprise under the terms of the license agreement embedded in or associated with such software.

  • You acknowledge that the Certificate Services (and any information incorporated therein or provided thereto) contain the Confidential Information (defined below) of Entrust Datacard.

  • ECS Support Services are provided by Entrust Datacard for the duration of the Subscription Term pursuant to the terms and conditions of the ECS Support Services Agreement available on the Internet at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxx.

  • In performing limited verification Entrust Datacard may determine whether the organizational identity, address, and domain name provided with Your Certificate Services application are consistent with information contained in third-party databases (the "Databases").

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Entrust Datacard hereby grants to Enterprise a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Certificate Services; provided, however, that Enterprise may only use the Certificate Services (including for the avoidance of any doubt, all Certificate(s)) in compliance with this Agreement, for the sole purposes of securing communications pertaining to Enterprise related business.

  • If Entrust Datacard issues Certificate(s) services to You or Your Affiliates (if applicable), Entrust Datacard will make such Certificate(s) available for retrieval.

  • Entrust Datacard may perform an investigation which may attempt to confirm certain Personal Information and other information, such as Your business name, street address, mailing address, telephone number, line of business, year started, number of employees, CEO, telephone number and Your business existence (collectively, “Verification Information”).

Related to Entrust Datacard

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Customer Confidential Information means Confidential Information of the Customer provided to Computershare.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Client means the Project lead of technical wing of the Purchaser for whose’ particular project the Goods / Services have been procured or any other person, duly appointed in writing, by the Client, for the time being or from time to time, to act as Client for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Data Safeguards means the highest industry-standard safeguards (including administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards) against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the JBE Data or Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in Applicable Laws, a Statement of Work, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.

  • Password is the customer-generated code selected by you for use during the initial sign-on, or the codes you select after the initial sign-on, that establishes your connection to the Service;

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • Authorized User means one named employee, contractor or agent of Customer (each identified by a unique email address) for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the Subscription Services and who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.
