Entrust Datacard is committed to protecting the interest of stakeholders in the event of an emergency or business disruption.
Entrust Datacard may elect to charge Customer interest for late fees at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
Entrust Datacard may use one or more Affiliate(s) to perform its obligations under the Agreement, provided that such use will not affect Entrust Datacard’s obligations hereunder.

Entrust Datacard shall immediately inform Customer if, in Entrust Datacard's opinion, an instruction is in violation of Data Protection Laws.
