Entitlement Offer definition

Entitlement Offer means a non-renounceable entitlement offer to Eligible Shareholders to subscribe for one (1) New Share for every two (2) Shares of which the Shareholder is the registered holder on the Record Date, at the Issue Price pursuant to this Information Booklet.
Entitlement Offer means a non-renounceable entitlement offer of Listed Options on the basis of 1 Listed Option (exercisable at $0.052 and an expiry of 30 June 2024) for every 3 Shares held on the Record Date, at an issue price of $0.015 each to raise up to $2,030,399 before costs, made pursuant to this Prospectus.
Entitlement Offer or “Offer” means the non-renounceable pro-rata issue pursuant to this Prospectus, of up to 5,489,461 New Shares on the basis of one New Share for every eight Shares held on the Record Date, at an issue price of 80 cents per New Share, to raise up to $4,391,570 before expenses of the Issue;

Entitlement Offer means a renounceable entitlement offer of New Shares on the basis of 1 New Share for every 15 Shares held on the Record Date, at an issue price of $0.075 each to raise approximately $3.13 million with a minimum subscription of $1,500,000 (before costs), made pursuant to this Prospectus.
