ENLK Partnership Agreement means the Ninth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of ENLK, dated as of September 21, 2017, as amended by Amendment No. 1 to the Ninth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of ENLK, dated as of December 12, 2017, and as further amended from time to time after the execution date of the Merger Agreement in accordance with the Merger Agreement.
