Energy projects definition

Energy projects means activities or projects relative to the exploration, extraction, production, importation-exportation, processing, transportation, marketing, distribution, utilization, conservation, stockpiling, or storage of all forms of energy products and resources.
Energy projects means the energy efficiency and conservation projects which are described in Appendix A, including as such description may be changed from time to time by the City pursuant to Section 3.4.

  • Funding for locally-owned commercial-scale Renewable Energy projects that produce less than 10 MW of electricity.
