Emergency medical service system definition

Emergency medical service system means the arrangement of personnel, facilities, and equipment for the delivery of health care services under emergency conditions.
Emergency medical service system means a system which provides for the arrangement of personnel, facilities and equipment for the efficient, effective and coordinated delivery of health care services under emergency conditions;
Emergency medical service system or “EMS System” means a specifically organized arrangement which provides for the personnel, facilities, and equipment for the effective and coordinated delivery of medical care services under emergency conditions, as described in Health and Safety Code Sections 1797 and 1798.
