Eligible Hotel definition

Eligible Hotel means any standalone property that is not an Eligible Accommodation Rental and booked by a Member through a Participating Brand that is later Completed.
Eligible Hotel means any prepaid, stand-alone hotel booked on the Expedia Site that is completed by the Expedia Rewards Member or not cancelled.
Eligible Hotel means a First Class Hotel or resort containing 250 or more guest rooms which can accommodate 250 or more guests for compensation, and where the guest rooms are designed and intended as transient accommodations.

  • The failure of the Administrative Agent to advise the Borrower of non-acceptance of a Hotel as an Eligible Hotel shall not preclude a subsequent determination or notice that such Hotel, or that such Hotel, collectively with all other Eligible Hotels, does not satisfy the requirements for Eligible Hotels set forth herein.

  • Protective Advances in excess of said sum during any calendar year for any Eligible Hotel shall require the consent of the Requisite Lenders.
