Electronic storage media means all physical media capable of be- ing read by a computer including computer hard disks, magnetic tapes, optical disks, or similar machine-readable media. 13 TAC 7.71(8)
Electronic storage media means any electronic device that can be used to store ePHI, including memory devices in computers (hard drives) and any removable/transportable digital memory medium, such as magnetic tape or disks, optical disks, digital memory cards or recordable media such as CDs, DVD’s, and floppy disks.
