Electronic Health Record definition

Electronic Health Record shall have the same meaning as the term is defined in section 13400 of the HITECH Act (42 U.S.C. §17921(5).
Electronic Health Record means an electronic record of health-related information on an individual that is created, gathered, managed, and consulted by authorized health care clinicians and staff. (See 42 U.S. C. § 17921.)
Electronic Health Record shall have the meaning given to such term in the HITECH Act, including, but not limited to 42 U.S.C. Section 17921.
