Eighth Amendment Agreement definition

Eighth Amendment Agreement means that certain Eighth Amendment Agreement dated as of October 4, 2013, among Xxxxx 0, xxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Capital Corporation, as administrative agent and collateral agent, and the Additional Tranche B 2020 Term Lenders (as defined therein), providing for, among other things, the amendment and restatement of the August 16, 2013 Credit Agreement.

Eighth Amendment Agreement means the Amendment Agreement No. 8, dated as of March 15, 2019 and effective as of the Eighth Amendment Agreement Effective Date, by and among Holdings, the Borrower, the Subsidiary Loan Parties party thereto, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.
