Effective Annual Yield definition

Effective Annual Yield means the sum of the Annual Yield, ACPE Conversion Fee and Issuer's Conversion Option Fee (if applicable).
Effective Annual Yield. The annualized interest rate on a Lease computed using compound interest techniques.
Effective Annual Yield. The annualized interest rate on a Lease computed using compound interest techniques. Eligible Account: Either (a) a segregated account with an Eligible Institution (in its capacity as Securities Intermediary of the Indenture Trustee), or (b) a segregated trust account with the corporate trust department of the Indenture Trustee (in its capacity as Securities Intermediary of the Indenture Trustee) or any other depository institution organized under the laws of the United States or any of the states thereof (in its capacity as Securities Intermediary of the Indenture Trustee), including the District of Columbia (or any United States branch of a non-United States bank), and acting as a trustee for funds deposited in such account, so long as the senior securities of such depository institution shall have a credit rating from each Rating Agency in one of its generic credit rating categories no lower than “A2” or “A”, as the case may be, or (c) any account held with the Indenture Trustee (in its capacity as Securities Intermediary of the Indenture Trustee) provided that the institution then acting as Indenture Trustee is an Eligible Institution.
