Education Payment definition

Education Payment means a disbursement of income from the Trust (as calculated by the Foundation and approved by the (Trustee) that the Foundation agrees to pay or cause to be paid to a Beneficiary under an Agreement in respect of the Plan.
Education Payment means the sum of £400,000 which sum shall be adjusted in line with the annual movement in the Retail Price Index from the date 12 months after the month of this Agreement until the date of payment thereof.
