ECMC Transfer Agreement definition

ECMC Transfer Agreement means the Transfer Agreement dated as of February 23, 1993, among the Partnership, ECMC and Equitable Investment Corporation, as the same may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Transfer Agreement means the agreement providing for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights.

  • Stock Purchase Agreement means the agreement between the Company and a Purchaser who acquires Shares under the Plan that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to the acquisition of such Shares.
