ECMC Plan definition

ECMC Plan means the Alliance Capital Management L.P. Profit Sharing Plan for Former Employees of Equitable Capital Management Corporation as in effect immediately prior to January 1, 1995.

  • RBC plan means a comprehensive financial plan containing the elements specified in K.S.A. 40-2c06, and amendments thereto.   • Parent Plan means any plan, policy, program, payroll practice, on-going arrangement, contract, trust, insurance policy or other agreement or funding vehicle, whether written or unwritten, maintained or sponsored by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates (or any of their respective predecessors) at any time on or prior to the Effective Time for the purpose of providing compensation or benefits to any current or former employee of any such person.

  • Qualified Plan means a Pension Plan that is intended to be tax-qualified under Section 401(a) of the IRC.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Welfare Plan means a “welfare plan” as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA.

  • Distribution Plan means any plan or formula of allocation of the Net Settlement Fund, to be approved by the Court, upon notice to the Class as may be required, whereby the Net Settlement Fund shall in the future be distributed to Authorized Claimants.

  • Transition Plan means a transition plan, acceptable to the LHIN that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination of this Agreement and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected in a timely manner; and

  • Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;
