DTC Restricted Global Security definition

DTC Restricted Global Security means a fully registered book-entry security substantially in the form of Part 3-B of the First Schedule to the Trust Terms Module to be deposited on or prior to the issue date for the Securities with or on behalf of DTC and registered in the name of its nominee Cede & Co. pursuant to which any Securities offered and sold to or for the account or benefit of U.S. persons in accordance with the legend appearing thereon will be represented.

Examples of DTC Restricted Global Security in a sentence

  • The Issuer and any custodian with whom any DTC Global Securities are deposited will make applications to DTC for acceptance in its book-entry settlement system of the DTC Restricted Global Security and the DTC Regulation S Global Security, respectively.
