Downtown Districts definition

Downtown Districts means that area in the City of Bismarck described as follows: Starting at the intersection of 9th Street and the north line of the Burlington Northern RR right-of-way, then north to the middle of the intersection of 9th Street and Broadway Avenue, then west along Broadway Avenue to the alley between 6th Street and 7th Street, then north in the alley approximately 270 ft, then west to the middle of 6th Street, then north to the middle of East Avenue B, then west to the middle of 2nd Street, then south to the middle of East Avenue A, then west to the alley between 1st Street and 2nd Street, then south to the middle of Rosser Avenue, then west to the middle of Washington Street, then south to the north line of the Burlington Northern RR right-of-way, then east along the north line of the Burlington Northern RR right-of-way to the point of beginning.
Downtown Districts means districts MS-1, MS-2, MD, SFD, and DND.
Downtown Districts means the “D” zoning districts as now or hereafter designated in the Chicago Zoning Ordinance.

  • Uses permitted in the Downtown Districts shall be governed according to sub-districts, as shown on the Zoning Map.

  • The requirements of the Perry Land Management Ordinance also apply in all Downtown Districts unless expressly stated otherwise in this Article.

  • The requirements of the Unified Development Code also apply in all Downtown Districts unless expressly stated otherwise in this Article.

  • The General Rules for Residential Districts contained in Section 20 and the General Rules for Downtown Districts contained in Section 42.1 of By-law 2P80 shall apply unless otherwise noted below.

Downtown Districts means the “D” zoning districts as now or hereafter designated in the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 17-4 of the Municipal Code.
