Domestic Office definition

Domestic Office means, relative to any Lender, the office of such Lender designated as such below its signature hereto or designated in the Lender Assignment Agreement or such other office of a Lender (or any successor or assign of such Lender) within the United States as may be designated from time to time by notice from such Lender, as the case may be, to each other Person party hereto.
Domestic Office means the office of a Lender designated as its “Domestic Office” on Schedule II hereto or in a Lender Assignment Agreement, or such other office within the United States as may be designated from time to time by notice from such Lender to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

Domestic Office means, for any Bank, the Domestic Office set forth for such Bank on the signature pages hereof, unless such Bank shall designate a different Domestic Office by notice in writing to the Administrative Agent and the Borrowers.
