Document Custodian definition

Document Custodian means the Custodian when acting in the role of a document custodian hereunder.
Document Custodian means Alter Domus (US) LLC, in its capacity as document custodian under this Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.
Document Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, and any successor thereto appointed under this Agreement, in its capacity as document custodian hereunder.

  • All Required Loan Documents shall be held in safekeeping by the Document Custodian, individually segregated from the Securities and investments of any other Person and marked so as to clearly identify them as the property of the Company.

  • The Custodian and the Document Custodian shall be entitled to compensation for their services in accordance with the terms of that certain fee letter dated on or about June 21, 2024, between the Company and the Custodian (or U.S. Bank National Association on its behalf).

  • Upon termination of this Agreement or resignation of the Custodian, the Company shall pay to each of the Custodian and the Document Custodian such compensation, and shall likewise reimburse each of the Custodian and the Document Custodian for its costs, expenses and disbursements, as may be due as of the date of such termination or resignation (or removal, as the case may be).

Document Custodian means Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, in its capacity as document custodian under this Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.
