DTC Custodian means the custodian of the DTC Notes on behalf of DTC, which initially shall be the Global Agent.

For the avoidance of doubt, the term "Foreign Custodian" shall not include Euroclear, Clearstream, or any other transnational system for the central handling of securities or equivalent book-entries regardless of whether or not such entities or their service providers are acting in a custodial capacity with respect to Assets, Securities or other property of the Fund.
