Disputed MCE System has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
Disputed MCE System has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a). “Disputed MCE System Adjustment Amount” means, with respect to the Disputed MCE Systems sold to Buyer pursuant to Section 2.9(c), the sum of the Net Liabilities Adjustment Amount in respect of such Disputed MCE Systems as determined pursuant to the last sentence of Section 2.9(c) plus the Initial Disputed MCE System Adjustment Amount in respect of such Disputed MCE Systems.

  • Clinical evaluation means a systematic and planned process to continuously generate, collect, analyse and assess the clinical data pertaining to a device in order to verify the safety and performance, including clinical benefits, of the device when used as intended by the manufacturer;

  • Combined cycle system means a system comprised of one or more combustion turbines, heat recovery steam generators, and steam turbines configured to improve overall efficiency of electricity generation or steam production.

  • Reconciliation Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 7.9 of this Agreement.

  • Clinical experience means providing direct services to individuals with mental illness or the provision of direct geriatric services or special education services. Experience may include supervised internships, practicums, and field experience.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Imbalance means the difference between Deliveries to KUB for a Customer and Redeliveries by KUB to the Customer.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.
