Designated Clerk definition

Designated Clerk means the person appointed to carry out the duties and functions of the clerk of the Regional Assessment Review Board in accordance with s. 456 of the Municipal Government Act (RSA 2000, cM-26), jointly appointed by the Councils of the Partner Municipalities;
