Designated CMT Reuters Page definition

Designated CMT Reuters Page means the display on Reuters, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no Reuters page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Reuters Page shall be FEDCMT, for the most recent week.

Designated CMT Reuters Page means the display on the Reuters page, or any successor service, specified in the applicable Final Terms or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no Reuters page is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Designated CMT Reuters Page will be the Reuters Page FEDCMT, for the most recent week.

Designated CMT Reuters Page means, if the Base Rate is the CMT Rate, the Reuters Page specified on the face hereof that displays Treasury constant maturities as reported in H.15(519), provided that, if no Reuters Page is so specified, then the applicable page will be Reuters Page FEDCMT and provided, further, that if Reuters Page FEDCMT applies but it is not specified on the face hereof whether the weekly or monthly average applies, the weekly average will apply.

More Definitions of Designated CMT Reuters Page

Designated CMT Reuters Page means the display on the Reuters 3000 Xtra Service (or any successor service) specified above that displays “Treasury Constant Maturities” as reported in H.15(519). If no Reuters page is so specified, then the applicable page will be Reuters page FEDCMT. If Reuters page FEDCMT applies but it is not specified above whether the weekly or monthly average applies, the weekly average will apply.

Designated CMT Reuters Page means the Reuters Page specified in an Addendum attached hereto with respect to which the CMT Rate will be calculated.

Designated CMT Reuters Page means the display on the Reuters service, or any successor service on the page specified in the applicable Terms Supplement, or any other page as may replace such page on that service, or any successor service, for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in Federal Reserve Statistical Release H.15(519).

Designated CMT Reuters Page means the Reuters page specified in the applicable pricing supplement (or any other page as may replace such page) for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519) or, if no such page is specified in the applicable pricing supplement, Reuters page FEDCMT. If Reuters page FEDCMT applies but the relevant pricing supplement does not specify whether the weekly or monthly average applies, the weekly average will apply.

Designated CMT Reuters Page means the display on Reuters (or any successor service) on the page designated in the applicable pricing supplement (or any other page as may replace such page on such service or a successor service). If no such page is specified in the applicable pricing supplement, the Designated CMT Reuters Page shall be FEDCMT, for the most recent week.

Designated CMT Reuters Page means the Reuters Page specified in the applicable pricing supplement with respect to which the CMT Rate will be calculated.

Designated CMT Reuters Page means the Reuters Page specified in the applicable Pricing Term Sheet and/or Final Terms that displays "Treasury Constant Maturities" as reported in H.15. If no Reuters Page is so specified, then the applicable page will be Reuters Page FEDCMT. If Reuters Page FEDCMT applies but the applicable Pricing Term Sheet and/or Final Terms does not specify a Designated CMT Maturity Index, the weekly average will apply.
