Deliver to Trustee a second mortgage or deed of trust in favor of Trustee on any real property acquired by the Issuer after the Issue Date, but only to the extent such mortgage or deed of trust is first required by the Senior Creditors, and is delivered to the Senior Creditors, to secure the Senior Notes.
