Delisting Offer definition

Delisting Offer means the delisting offer pursuant to Regulation 5A of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations and applicable provisions of the SEBI Delisting Regulations;
Delisting Offer means the tender offer to be made to all the shareholders of Tiger for the Tiger Shares by Tiger or, if agreed by the CNMV, by the company making the Offer, in accordance with Article 7 of the Spanish Royal Decree 1197/1991 of 26 July on Public Tender Offers (as amended) or any other legislation that may replace it.

  • Active Offer means the clear and proactive offer of service in French to individuals, from the first point of contact, without placing the responsibility of requesting services in French on the individual;
