Cut-Through Quota Share Agreement definition

Cut-Through Quota Share Agreement means that certain Personal Lines Cut-Through Quota Share Reinsurance Agreement, dated as of January 3, 2014, by and among Integon National Insurance Company, an insurance company organized under the laws of North Carolina, and the Companies.
Cut-Through Quota Share Agreement means that certain Commercial Lines Cut-Through Quota Share Reinsurance Agreement, dated as of January 3, 2014, by and among Technology Insurance Company, Inc., an insurance company organized under the laws of New Hampshire, and the Companies.

  • Master Settlement Agreement means the settlement agreement and related documents entered into on November 23, 1998, by the state and leading United States tobacco product manufacturers.

The term “Divestiture Agreement” includes, as appropriate, the Associated Food Stores Divestiture Agreement, the AWG Divestiture Agreement, the Haggen Divestiture Agreement, and the Supervalu Divestiture Agreement.

  • Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient; and

  • Vesting Agreement means each or any, as the context implies, agreement or instrument entered into by a holder of LTIP Units upon acceptance of an award of LTIP Units under an Equity Incentive Plan.

  • Master Separation Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Performance Agreement means an agreement between an HSP and its CEO that requires the CEO to perform in a manner that enables the HSP to achieve the terms of this Agreement and any additional performance improvement targets set out in the HSP’s annual quality improvement plan under the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010;

  • Water Agreement means an agreement entered into between the Water Corporation (established pursuant to section 4 of the Water Corporation Act 1995) and BHP Iron Ore Pty. Ltd. ACN 008 700 981 as agent for BHP Direct Reduced Iron Pty. Ltd. and the Mount Xxxxxx and Mount Goldsworthy Mining Associates Joint Venturers in a form approved by the Minister in relation to the supply of water for, inter alia, the Joint Venturers’ water requirements for the purposes of this Agreement at Port Hedland;

  • Settlement Agreement means this agreement, including the recitals and schedules.

  • Support Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Mutual aid agreement means an agreement between the City and a town or other city for the City’s fire department to provide assistance to the fire department of a town or other city.

  • Unit Price Arrangement means that part of the Contract that prescribes the product of a price per unit of measurement multiplied by a number of units of measurement for performance of the Work to which it relates;

  • RSU Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Award of Restricted Stock Units.
