Customer Supply Agreements definition

Customer Supply Agreements means a Commercial Unit Heat Supply Agreement, a Residential Heat Supply Agreement, a Connection and Supply Agreement (Plot/ Building), or a [Registered Provider]/[Developer Void] Heat Supply Agreement.
Customer Supply Agreements has the meaning specified in Section 3.6(b).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Schedule 9 shall restrict the Developer's right to publicise or make any announcement about the Development provided that no reference is made to this Agreement, the Project Agreements (other than the Customer Supply Agreements) or the subject matter of any of those agreements, or to the involvement of ESCo, otherwise than in accordance with this Schedule 9.
