Curable Period definition

Curable Period as defined in Section 7.1(b).
Curable Period has the meaning specified in Section 5.6(a).

Related to Curable Period

  • Cure Period means the period specified in this Agreement for curing any breach or default of any provision of this Agreement by the Party responsible for such breach or default and shall:

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of:

  • Company Cure Period has the meaning specified in Section 10.01(b).

  • ROFO Period is defined in Section 6.1(a).

  • Objection Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d).

  • Notice of Termination for Good Reason shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1(t).

  • Required Notice Period means the number of days required notice set forth below applicable to the Aggregate Reduction indicated below: Aggregate Reduction Required Notice Period £$100,000,000 two Business Days >$100,000,000 to $250,000,000 five Business Days ³$250,000,000 ten Business Days

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.

  • Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.

  • Applicable Period See Section 2(b) hereof.

  • Standstill Termination Date means the earlier of (i) 90 days after the Board Designation Termination Date and (ii) the later of (A) the first anniversary of the date of this Agreement and (B) 90 days after the date on which all Purchaser Designated Directors have resigned or been removed from the Board and the Purchaser has permanently waived and renounced its Board designation rights under Section 1.

  • Termination for Good Reason means a Termination of Employment by Executive for a Good Reason.

  • Termination Assistance Period means the period commencing upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement and each Statement of Work and expiring six (6) months thereafter, as such period may be extended by the Parties.

  • Covered Period means the period beginning six (6) months prior to a Change in Control and ending twenty-four (24) months after the Change in Control.

  • Claim Determination Period means a calendar year. However, it does not include any part of a year during which a person has no coverage under This Plan, or any part of a year before the date this COB provision or a similar provision takes effect.

  • Non-Breaching Party has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.1.

  • Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.

  • Breaching Party has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.

  • Notification Period has the meaning given to such term in Clause 3.10(b) or 3.10(c) of the Gold Bullion Terms, as the case may be.

  • Forfeiture Period means the period from the Grant Date until the Forfeiture Date.

  • Term SOFR Transition Event means the determination by the Administrative Agent that (a) Term SOFR has been recommended for use by the Relevant Governmental Body, (b) the administration of Term SOFR is administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent and (c) a Benchmark Transition Event or an Early Opt-in Election, as applicable, has previously occurred resulting in a Benchmark Replacement in accordance with Section 2.14 that is not Term SOFR.

  • Acquisition Period means any period commencing on the date that a Material Acquisition is consummated through and including the last day of the second full fiscal quarter following the date on which such acquisition is consummated; provided that there shall be at least one full fiscal quarter between any two Acquisition Periods.

  • Non-Competition Period means the period beginning at the end of the Term and ending one (1) year after the end of the Term.

  • Good Reason Event means (1) fraud, criminal conduct or willful misconduct by or on the part of the Company, (2) a representation or warranty made by the Company herein proving to be untrue in any material respect, or (3) a default in the due performance or observance by the Company of any covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement and such default continuing unremedied for a period of 30 days after written notice thereof to the Company by the Dealer Manager.

  • Specified Period means the period beginning on the commencement date and terminating in accordance with section 72(6) of the Act;
