Cumulative Earnings Per Share. The sum of KeyCorp’s annual earnings per share for the three fiscal years in the Performance Period, as reported in the Form 10-Ks filed by KeyCorp for such fiscal years.
Cumulative Earnings Per Share means for any period of quarters the sum of the earnings per share amounts for all quarters included in such period.
Cumulative Earnings Per Share means the cumulative diluted earnings per share of Fortune during the performance period, adjusted to eliminate restructuring and other nonrecurring charges and credits (including all related costs and expenses).

  • Whether and to what extent the Target Performance Units shall vest shall be determined by comparing the Company’s Adjusted Cumulative Earnings Per Share (“EPS”) and Free Cash Flow as a Percentage of Sales (“FCF”) during the Performance Period.

  • If such number of Shares has been increased or decreased at the time of the calculation of Cumulative Earnings Per Share, the Committee, in its sole discretion, may equitably adjust the Cumulative Earnings Per Share amount applicable to each performance level.
