Share Amounts Clause Samples

The 'Share Amounts' clause defines the specific number or proportion of shares that are allocated to parties under an agreement. It typically outlines how many shares each party is entitled to receive, whether as part of an initial issuance, a transfer, or upon the occurrence of certain events such as vesting or investment. For example, it may specify that an investor receives a set number of shares in exchange for their capital contribution. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes by explicitly stating each party's share entitlement.

Share Amounts. All references in this Amendment to shares of Company Common Stock shall be appropriately adjusted for any stock dividends, splits, reverse splits, combinations, recapitalizations and the like occurring after the date hereof.
