CTD Dossier definition

CTD Dossier means SONOMA’s CTDs (Modules 2-3) of the Products updated as agreed during the due diligence, the Brazilian specific documents as identified during the due diligence, the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) documents as identified during the due diligence and all administrative documents (e.g. certificates, authorizations, approvals) required for Regulatory Approvals in the Territory.
CTD Dossier means the entire collection of descriptive methods of chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) employed by VGN in the development, processing, manufacture, clinical trials and testing of Product that is the subject of this Agreement. The CTD Dossier forms the basis of the Registration referred to in 1.28.

  • Drug Application means a new drug application, an abbreviated drug application, or a product license application for any Product, as appropriate, as those terms are defined in the FDCA.

  • Major EU Country means France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.

  • Marketing Approval Application or “MAA” means a New Drug Application (or its equivalent), as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or any corresponding or similar application, registration or certification in any country.

  • NDA means a New Drug Application, as defined in the regulations promulgated by the United States Food and Drug Administration, or any foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Licensed clinical social worker means an individual who meets the licensed clinical social worker requirements established in KRS 335.100.

  • New Drug Application or “NDA” means a new drug application filed with a Regulatory Authority (not including pricing and reimbursement approval), that is analogous to the new drug application with the United States Food and Drug Administration described in 21 C.F.R. § 314.

  • Marketing Authorization means all approvals from the relevant Regulatory Authority necessary to market and sell a Product in any country (including without limitation, all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals even if not legally required to sell Product in a country).

  • FDA means the United States Food and Drug Administration and any successor agency thereto.

  • Prescription drug order means an original or new order from a practitioner for drugs, drug-related devices or treatment for a human or animal, including orders issued through collaborative care agreements. Lawful prescriptions result from a valid practitioner-patient relationship, are intended to address a legitimate medical need, and fall within the prescribing practitioner's scope of professional practice;

  • Civil Aeronautical Product means any civil aircraft, aircraft engine, or propeller or subassembly, appliance, material, part, or component to be installed thereon.

  • PMDA means Japan’s Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency or any successor entity thereto.

  • Insurance Regulatory Authority means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar Governmental Authority charged with regulating insurance companies or insurance holding companies, in its jurisdiction of domicile and, to the extent that it has regulatory authority over such Insurance Subsidiary, in each other jurisdiction in which such Insurance Subsidiary conducts business or is licensed to conduct business.

  • orphan means a child who has no surviving parent caring for him or her;

  • Drug Master File or “DMF” is described in 21 C.F.R. Part 314.420. A DMF is a submission to the FDA that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.

  • Drug paraphernalia means all equipment, products, and materials of any kind, which are used for injecting, ingesting, inhaling or otherwise introducing a drug into the human body. This includes, but is not limited to, all equipment, products and materials prohibited or controlled by State or Federal laws.

  • DMF means a drug master file, as provided for in 21 CFR § 314.420 or similar submission to or file maintained with the FDA or other Governmental Authority or Regulatory Authority that may be used to provide confidential detailed information about facilities, processes, or articles used in the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and storing of one or more human drugs.

  • Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority means the insurance department or similar insurance regulatory or administrative authority or agency of the jurisdiction in which the Company is domiciled.
