Crude Supply Agreement definition

Crude Supply Agreement means the Crude Supply Agreement, dated as of May 5, 1993, between the Borrower and Lagoven, S.A., a corporation organized under the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (and subsequently assigned to PDVSA Petroleos y Gas, S.A.), as amended, modified and supplemented from time to time to the extent permitted by Section 7.17, unless the context otherwise requires.
Crude Supply Agreement means that certain Crude Supply Agreement, dated as of September 30, 1986, by and between the Borrower and Petroleos.
Crude Supply Agreement means the Crude Oil Sales Agreement to be entered into by and between Buyer and PDVSA Petróleo S.A. as of the Effective Time, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
