COVID-19 Customer Relief Program definition

COVID-19 Customer Relief Program means the COVID-19 Customer Relief Program to be implemented by Borrower in response to the national emergency resulting from the global pandemic arising out of the novel coronavirus disease commonly referred to as COVID-19 and attached hereto as Exhibit H.

Related to COVID-19 Customer Relief Program

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Disaster Recovery Services means the disaster recovery and/or business continuity services (as the context may require) to be provided by the Supplier pursuant to Schedule 5 (Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity);
