March 31(on or before) CBT County board of taxation to notify Director, Division of Local Government Services, 40A:4-16 when copy of budget resolution (in CY municipality) showing amount to be raisedby taxation, is not received.
Board of Supervisors means the Board of Supervisors of Kern County.
Local board of health means a county, city, or district board of health.
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
municipal council or "council" means the council of a municipality referred to in section 18 of the Municipal Structures Act;
State Director means the chief administrative officer of the State water pollution control agency, or the authorized representative of the State Director.
Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Board of health means the board of health of a city or general health district or the authority having the duties of a board of health under section 3709.05 of the Revised Code.
