Corporate Stock Account definition

Corporate Stock Account means the investment account of a participant that is credited with the shares of corporate stock purchased and paid for by the trust fund or contributed to the trust fund.

  • Stock Fund means that portion of the Trust Fund consisting of Stock.

  • Rollover Account means the account established hereunder to which amounts transferred from a qualified plan or individual retirement account in accordance with Section 4.6 are allocated.
