construction procurement means procurement in the construction industry, including the invitation, award and management of contracts;

Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids, and garbage are not construction wastes and the disposal of such materials shall be in accordance with the regulations of the Virginia Waste Management Board.

Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:
Mis-procurement means public procurement in contravention of any provision of Sindh Public Procurement Act, 2010, any rule, regulation, order or instruction made thereunder or any other law in respect thereof, or relating to, public procurement;
Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.
Construction activity means any clearing, grading or excavation associated with large construction activity or associated with small construction activity.
Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Work, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with applicable law.

This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.
FIRM PROCUREMENT means the agreement between the parties for mutually agreed terms and conditions with commitment of Quantity Ordered.

Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;
Construction Contract or “contract” means a written agreement between a contractor and a public agency for the construction, alteration, demolition, or repair of a facility, other than a contract having a dollar value of less than $30,000.00 or a contract that provides for 3 or fewer payments.

Construction Services Agreement (CSA) means the Construction Services Agreement attached hereto, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.
Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.
Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.
Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given piece of real property (including without limitation, the cost of acquiring such piece of real property (except to the extent any portion thereof is Unimproved Land), reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs), as reasonably determined by the Borrower in good faith. Real property under construction to be (but not yet) acquired by the Borrower or a Subsidiary upon completion of construction pursuant to a contract in which the seller of such real property is required to complete construction prior to, and as a condition precedent to, such acquisition, shall be subject to this definition.
