Consolidated Period definition

Consolidated Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(b) hereof.
Consolidated Period or "CONSOLIDATED PERIODS" means any taxable period or periods between the Contribution Date and the Distribution Date, during which time RIBAPHARM is a member of the ICN Group.

More Definitions of Consolidated Period

Consolidated Period means that period of time during which Retek is a member of the Affiliated Group.
