Consolidated Debt Service Ratio definition

Consolidated Debt Service Ratio means, as of the last day of an Accounting Period or on any other day, the ratio of Consolidated Debt to Consolidated EBITDA in respect of the Rolling Four Quarter Period ending on such day, each as stated in the then most recent and relevant Accounting Information;
Consolidated Debt Service Ratio means, with respect to the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries for any Test Period, the ratio of Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period minus the sum, without duplication, of:
Consolidated Debt Service Ratio means Adjusted Operating Cash Flow (as described on Exhibit 4.2.1 attached hereto) divided by Total Debt Service (as described on Exhibit 4.2.1 attached hereto).

Consolidated Debt Service Ratio for any period, the ratio -------------------------------- of:
Consolidated Debt Service Ratio means for any Person, on a consolidated basis, for any Measurement Period, the ratio of (a) the Consolidated Net Income of such Person for such Measurement Period, minus all Restricted Payments paid by such Person during such Measurement Period, plus all depreciation expense and amortization expense for such Measurement Period, to the extent included in the determination of Consolidated Net Income of such Person for such Measurement Period to (b) the Current Obligations of such Person.

Consolidated Debt Service Ratio means, for any period, the ratio of (i) the difference of (A) EBITDA for such period minus (B) income and profits taxes actually paid in cash minus (C) Maintenance Capital Expenditures for such period, to (ii) the sum of (A) CMLTD plus (B) Consolidated Interest Expense for such period.
