Current Portion definition

Current Portion of any liability means that balance of such liability which is required to be shown as a Current Liability on the balance sheet in accordance with GAAP.
Current Portion is equal to the vesting percentage as of such date (as determined in accordance with the vesting provisions set forth in Section 4 hereof) multiplied by the Participating Investment Entitlement.
Current Portion means, with respect to any Indebtedness, as of any date, that portion of such Indebtedness that is due and payable within thirteen months.

More Definitions of Current Portion

Current Portion means a percentage of each Over-Achievement Award to be determined by the Committee prior to the Determination Date. The Current Portion shall be paid on a current basis following the Performance Period during which such portion was earned in accordance with Section 4.3(b).
