Consent of Spouse definition

Consent of Spouse has the meaning set forth in Section 4.9.

Consent of Spouse shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 14.20.

Consent of Spouse means that Consent of Spouse in such form as prescribed by the Plan Administrator from time-to-time.

Examples of Consent of Spouse in a sentence

• If any individual Stockholder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Stockholder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

• As a further condition to the Company's obligations under this Agreement, the Company may require the spouse of Purchaser, if any, to execute and deliver to the Company the Consent of Spouse attached hereto as Exhibit A-4.

• If any Key Holder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Key Holder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

• As a further condition to the Company’s obligations under this Award Agreement, the Participant’s spouse, if any, shall execute and deliver to the Company the Consent of Spouse attached hereto as Exhibit A.

• If Participant is married, his or her spouse has signed the Consent of Spouse attached to this Grant Notice as Exhibit B.

More Definitions of Consent of Spouse

Consent of Spouse means that Consent of Spouse in the form ----------------- of Appendix "C" attached hereto.

Consent of Spouse means a consent of spouse substantially in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto or otherwise acceptable to the Company or the Board.
